Some people start their summer break with a bang, rushing towards the sea, the mountains, or foreign lands… And we, we invite you to welcome the vacations in a small group, over warm tea and amidst stories about events and situations that defy simple explanations, testing the mind and rationality.
Let us gather in a small group, sit by candlelight, with warm spiced tea in hand. Let the darkness of the Pearl, caressed by candlelight, resound with stories of experiences in which the material world seemingly (or perhaps truly?) intertwined with a world that is inaccessible to the living.
When an unsettling silence descends after the last story, let us move outside and light a fire by which not only our snacks will warm themselves, but also to whose warmth the former inhabitants of Giersdorf will come, yearning to spend at least one night among the living.
When weariness overtakes you, you will retire to your tents, and in the morning, before departing, we will enjoy coffee together in the morning-lit Pearl.
Will you find the courage to come? Will you find a heart for the souls of those who built the Pearl long ago? Will you shed a tear for the children who were given only a few months or years of life in the 19th century?
The event requires reservations and is dedicated to those who actively support the statutory goals of the Fundacja Twoje Dziedzictwo (Your Heritage Foundation). If you would like to attend and have donated at least 200 PLN in 2026, please call or text 690 690 550 to reserve your spot.
During the event, the suggested overnight stay is in tents, which can be pitched in a designated area within the fenced, guarded grounds. Tents and all necessary equipment must be brought by you.
We will provide bread and apples for the bonfire. If you want something more – you must bring your own food.
There is a portable toilet on site.
We strive to maintain a calming atmosphere during the event. This event is friendly to misophonia sufferers and those seeking a peaceful yet atmospheric experience. 🙂
