The artist without whom the Temple of Art and Light would not exist today, who has inspired hundreds of people from all over the world for years, both through her art and through her life, is Thinloth. Do you want to read a few words about the sources of her work?

“The main artistic medium I work with is self-portrait photography, showing the archetype of free women, called by some “the witches”. Women dancing with fire, running with wolves, listening to the wind, smiling to the rain, understanding and feeling the cyclical nature of life and death. Women immersing themselves in the surrounding Nature, which is my main life’s inspiration, which has an extremely strong impact on every aspect of my life. Both everyday and artistic”.
“I try to show the elements of being a woman in a beautiful and dignified form. Regardless of whether it is the delicacy of girlishness, the wildness of the untamed power of freedom, or the sensual flame of femininity. Almost every woman has all these crumbs in her. Of course, they are differently balanced, sometimes some of them are hidden deep, buried or forgotten, but they still do exist”.
“When many unpleasant things happened in my life in a short period of time, such as poisoning with a rape pill and sexual abuse by a group of people I knew; as well as betrayals of other people, I thought, close ones; or the death of beings close to my heart; I discovered acrylic paints that allowed me to transfer onto canvases much more emotions, experiences and thoughts swirling inside me. What I paint? Some say creatures from fantasy dimensions, others say nightmares. Personally, I paint the droplets of my reality. The way I see it. How I feel it. Which I experience both – being awake and in reality of nightdreams. And what the viewer sees in my works is a completely different story, which I love to talk about with my works by my side”.
